 A growing hospitality group is looking for a Restaurant Manager for one of their Tex Mex restaurants in Raleigh, NC!
 
Qualifications 

• 3+ years of similar experience
• High volume experience a must
• Strong leadership skills and strong work tenure 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service quality, food presentation, and overall guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient teamwork.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service, promptly addressing any concerns or feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
