Qualifications
Energetic, creative, and highly organized Strong foundation in classic pastry techniques with modern execution Experienced in bread making and fermentation Skilled in ice cream and sorbet production Confident in dough work, including pizza dough development Ability to balance artistry with operational efficiency Experience leading a pastry team in a high-volume restaurant setting Detail-oriented with strong plating and presentation skills
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the pastry and dessert program Develop and execute a full dessert menu featuring 4-5 rotating seasonal desserts Oversee production of: Artisan breads, Pizza dough, House-made ice creams and sorbets, Plated desserts and composed pastries
