The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a designated station within a fine dining restaurant at a full-service resort property. This role ensures precise execution, consistency, and elevated presentation standards while supporting the culinary leadership team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
 
Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong technical skills and mastery of a specific station (grill, sauté, garde manger, etc.)
• Ability to work with precision, urgency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain high culinary and plating standards for assigned station
• Assist with prep, inventory management, and station organization to support service flow
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and operational excellence
