Skills/Qualifications
• 3+ years in the same or similar position and responsibility
• Knowledge and familiarity with Asian cuisine preferred however not required
• Creative, guest-facing individual, comfortable in FOH and BOH
• Monitor the operational flow of the restaurant ensuring culinary, COVID, and DOH standards and protocols are being followed and executed
• Manage recruitment needs for the restaurant by proactively interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Conduct pre-shift with the culinary team to keep them informed on updates and goals
• Solid financial abilities: menu costing, inventory control, labor productivity/control, budgeting, and forecasting
•Work varied shifts, including weekend and holidays, flexible and can work with a schedule change
