We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef with at least 5 years of experience in high-end hotels, specializing in corporate banquets and restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on chef who can lead the team in managing schedules, ordering products, and creating production lists, all while maintaining budgets and meeting forecasts, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
Must have a Hotel background
