Qualifications:

3+ years of similar experience with luxury hotel properties
Successful leadership in fast-paced environments, adept at managing competing demands.
Spanish speaking experience a plus

Requirements:

Assist the Executive Chef in leading, motivating, and guiding the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations and top-notch quality output.
Oversee culinary activities and personnel in designated kitchen area.
Aim to boost guest and team member satisfaction while optimizing the department's financial success.
