Salary: $90K-110K plus $20 % bonus

Looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead  kitchen operations in a high volume Mediterranean restaurant 
 
 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Skilled in managing BOH systems
• Banquet Experience/high volume

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts
• Dinner only service with Brunch on weekends
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish
• Oversee food and labor cost controls, inventory management, and vendor relationships
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff; foster a culture of accountability and growth
