Event Group is looking to hire an Executive Chef for a versatile 101,000-250,000 sq. ft. facility that hosts everything from indoor football games and large-scale concerts to trade shows and community events. The complex also features 145,000 sq. ft. of meeting and convention space, including a grand ballroom, multiple breakout rooms, a full-service kitchen, and state-of-the-art amenities to support weddings, conferences, and banquets.
 
Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of Executive Chef/CDC/ ESC - Multi-unit high volume experience.
• Strong tenure with only 2-3 jobs in the last 5 years. (Must confirm North Midwest Living - Great cost of living)
• Strong leadership and development skills.
• High volume experience with banquet/concession/buffet. (Higher Education, Casinos, Hotels, and Arenas)

Expectations:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in small or large-scale events.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients.
