Lead hot food production; ensure consistency, proper rotation, labeling, and dating
Enforce food safety, SOPs, and preventative maintenance on equipment
Train and direct kitchen team; uphold hospitality standards and QC guidelines
Manage inventory levels and communicate operational needs promptly
Qualifications:
5-7 years in catering or fine dining; supervisory experience preferred
Current Safe Food Handling Certificate; strong food code knowledge
Valid driver's license; able to work weekends/holidays
Pre-employment background check and drug test; E-Verify; clean MVR if driving is assigned
