Executive Pastry Chef Aspen
Location: Aspen, CO
Salary: $100K–$110K base, plus bonus

Be part of a culinary landmark in the making—to launch and lead the pastry program of this highly anticipated concept, located at 8,400 ft. in the heart of Aspen. The project blends fine-dining level pastry with retail, catering, and long-term brand expansion.
Qualifications:
• Michelin- or James Beard-caliber background preferred
• 5+ years of pastry leadership, ideally with private chef or retail experience
• Proven success baking at high altitude
• Deep knowledge of seasonal ingredients and refined technique
• Entrepreneurial mindset and Aspen market understanding
Responsibilities:
• Lead all pastry operations for retail, catering, and private chef events
• Design and execute seasonal menus, bakery displays, and signature items (bagels, pastries, etc.)
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing pastry team
• Collaborate with Culinary Director and ownership to shape the flagship concept and future locations
