A boutique hotel in Bristol, VA is looking for an Sous Chef to add to their team!

Requirements:

• Sous Chef experience is preferred but open to Cooks who has extensive experience and looking for the next step in leadership.
• Strong leadership skills and someone self sufficient.
• Upscale/scratch kitchen concept experience a must.

Expectations:

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and execution.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and quality.
