Tempting Recruitment are working with our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in North Dorset.  
 
Position: Residential Conveyancer                     
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience         
Location: North Dorset (Hybrid)                       
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Deal with a broad caseload within Residential Property, providing strong legal advice to clients. 
• Cover aspects such as sales, purchases, mortgages and transfer of equity. 
• Work with case management systems to increase efficiency. 
• Use networking skills to support the growth of the department.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• 2+ years' PQE within Residential Property matters.
• Able to stay organised and work within a fast-paced environment. 
• Client-focused and keen to provide a high-quality service. 
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
