Role: Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:


• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
• Providing high‑quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Handling transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working autonomously on files while collaborating effectively with the wider legal team.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
• Contributing to the ongoing success and development of the commercial property department.

The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have:


• Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• A minimum of five years’ PQE in Commercial Property (essential).
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent time management, organisational, and IT skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Ambition and motivation to take the next step in their legal career.
