Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in Gloucestershire, are looking for an experienced Experienced Customer Care Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Customer Service Operations.       

Position: Customer Care Officer
Rate: £17 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Month possibility of extension
Working Arrangement: Fully On Site

Job Duties:

• One Stop Shop is the front face of the authority, dealing with customer enquiries for all services from a range of customers
• Resolve complex and challenging enquiries at the first point of contact, gather information and verify supporting evidence
• Update computer records as appropriate and provide advice on legislation driven services

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of all the Local Authorities services
• Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role.
• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
