Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in London, are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their Sanctuary Maintenance operations.

Job Role: Multi Trade Operative
Contract: 3 months 
Location: Manchester
Rate of Pay: £19.40

Main duties/Responsibilities:

• Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
• Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Resolve problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.

Job Requirements:

• City & Guilds qualification, NVQ 3 or relevant experience in 3 relevant trades.
• Full, current driving licence.
• Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
