Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, who are looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to join their team based in the South-West London area.
  
JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £70,000 - £100,000 Per Annum DOE
• WORK TYPE: Permanent 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: South West London

JOB ROLE

You will be crucial in overseeing a variety of property-related issues and making sure that transactions are carried out smoothly. Strong technical proficiency, business acumen, and painstaking attention to detail are necessary for this practical, office-based role.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Oversee and support all facets of deals involving residential and commercial real estate.
• Perform due diligence, property searches, and title checks.
• Create, examine, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other paperwork.
• Keep up-to-date case files, documentation, and adherence to all legal and regulatory obligations.
• Assist partners and fee earners throughout the property department with administrative and legal matters.
• Help with post-completion tasks, such as stamp duty and registration submissions.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• A minimum of five years of PQE and a solid foundation in residential and/or commercial property law
• Qualified in the UK
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload.
• Outstanding communication and drafting abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Competent with the Microsoft Office Suite and case management tools.
• The capacity to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, formal setting.
