• PAY RATE: $260,000 - $390,000 Per Annum

JOB ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven Corporate Associate to join one of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of high-value matters, including emerging companies and venture capital (ECVC) financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate advisory work.

You will advise a diverse client base, including publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds, investors, and entrepreneurs. JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Advise clients on venture capital and early-stage financings
• Support mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
• Provide general corporate counseling across a range of industries
• Work closely with investors, founders, and management teams on strategic transactions

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Proven experience in venture capital/early-stage financings and corporate transactions
• Strong background in M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters
• Exposure to capital markets transactions and public company reporting is advantageous
• JD from an ABA Law School
• Admitted to the California Bar
• 3 - 5 years PQE
