Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in East England, are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer, to support with the wellbeing of social housing residents.
Position: Resident Liaison Officer
Rate: £19.90 per hour(Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 Months - with possible extension
Purpose:
Being the first point of contact for tenants and encourage them to take part in the Warm Homes Program, listing the aims and their benefits with the project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service, engaging with customers through home visits, phone calls, and online communication.
- Handling concerns, complaints and queries from all tenants; liaising closely with other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, evidence logs, and documentation in line with compliance procedures.
- Work independently to plan appointments and attend meetings to ensure the smooth delivery of work being carried out.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working on projects, within a community facing role, with strong customer service.
- Full UK licence, access to own vehicle with business insurance.
- Level 3 educated (or equivalent)
- Preferably has knowledge of social housing, local government, and property maintenance.
