Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Estates Garage & Parking Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their housing operations.   

Position: Estates Garage & Parking Manager
Rate: £28.96 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (Dec 2026) Possible Extension  

Purpose:

• Responsible for the management and delivery of the housing department strategy for parking on estates; effective management of the housing departments parking and garage team.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Be main point of contact for all parking related matters, ensuring effective cross departmental working, and (keeping abreast of relevant legislation) providing expert advice as required on parking related matters.
• Promoting garage use and maximising income through robust account management and arrears collection.
• Accountable for developing, implementing, and keeping under review management systems including writing procedures required to maintain high standards with respect garage management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Experience within a Estates Garage & Parking Manager role or equivalent.
• Ability to understand customer needs, define organisational business requirements, set business goals, influence senior management, Councillors, and residents through the development and presentation of logical and detailed business cases.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
