Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in East England, are looking for a Wellbeing Officer, to support with the learning and development of Young People.
Position: Wellbeing Officer
Rate: £268.91 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Term time only.
Purpose:
Working with students on Study Programmes, Apprenticeships, and projects to promote wellbeing, learning and development.
Job Responsibilities:
-Contribute to behaviour management, and organise action plans and help management identify early intervention and prevention escalations.
- Organise and chair meetings around Personal Education Planning, CIN, Early Help, Youth Offending and Looked after Children.
- Identifying risks and reporting any safeguarding concerns in accordance with relevant policies and procedure.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working directly with children with different abilities, around mental health, disabilities, behaviour management and more.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of multi agency working.
- Knowledge of Early Intervention and Prevention, group sessions and 1-1 working.
