Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South Yorkshire, are looking for a MULTIPLE Engagement Practitioners to work within a Family Centre.

Position: Engagement Practitioner
Rate: £19.20 per hour  (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 5 months
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home. 
  
Purpose:
Working directly with children and families, in the family hub, engaging them in services and activities within targeted outreach.

Job Responsibilities:
- Promote services and activities with children ages 0-25 years, and other professionals.
- Signpost and refer children and families to specialist services, for their needs, through appropriate systems.
- Identifying risks and reporting any safeguarding concerns in accordance with relevant policies and procedure. 

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as Family Support Worker.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of multi agency working.
- Level 3 NVQ, Relevant to the job role.
- Knowledge of Early Intervention and Prevention.
