• PAY RATE: $260,000 - $455,000 Per Annum

JOB ROLE

Our Clients Energy & Infrastructure Projects group is seeking talented mid- to senior-level associates or counsel to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 3+ years of law firm experience (class of 2023 and above) and a strong background in project financing and transactional work within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Advise clients on complex financing transactions, including debt and tax equity financings
• Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development transactions
• Work on a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, high-quality legal solutions
• Provide practical, business-oriented advice to clients in a fast-paced environment

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant law firm experience
• Strong experience in financing transactions (required)
• Experience with debt financing, tax equity structures, M&A, joint ventures, and project development preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality work and client service
