Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in East London, are looking for an experienced ICT Procurement Lead to join their team and play a crucial role within their procurement operations.   

Position: ICT Procurement Lead
Rate: £500 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (October 2026) Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Purpose: 

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for technology products and services, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and delivering value for money.

Job Duties: 

• Manage the end-to-end procurement of complex ICT contracts, including hardware, software, and services. This includes drafting tenders, handling contract renewals, and managing vendor relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualification or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
