Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in East London.
  
Position: Litigation Solicitor                     
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience        
Location: East London                      
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will join the Litigation department of this firm and cover the following: 

• Property matters (ownership disputes, right of way disputes, boundary disputes, right to manage disputes, etc). 
• Residential/Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes (possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewals, etc). 
• Probate Disputes 
• Debt Recover/repayments. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ years' PQE experience in Litigation matters.
• Knowledge of both property and commercial litigation with previous experience of working with privately paying work with individuals. 
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Able to work to a billing target.
