Position: Short Breaks Coordinator
Rate: £30.07

Purpose:
Lead the delivery of short breaks services for disabled children and young people.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop short breaks services
• Manage contracts, budgets, and performance
• Line manage staff and work with key stakeholders
• Drive service improvements and report on outcomes
• Ensure inclusive and high-quality service delivery

Job Requirements:

• Experience with disabled children’s services
• Background in contract management or service development
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong reporting and data analysis ability
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Enhanced DBS required
