JOB SUMMARY
Assistant Team Manager to join their Adolescent Team on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled social care professional with strong leadership and quality assurance experience to support and oversee a team of up to 6 Social Workers.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Providing supervision and management support to Social Workers
• Chairing strategy discussions and professional meetings
• Undertaking quality assurance and audit work
• Supporting service delivery within adolescent social care services
• Ensuring high standards of safeguarding practice and compliance

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Previous experience chairing strategy discussions
• Previous experience providing supervision to Social Workers
• Previous experience completing quality assurance and audit work
• Qualified Social Worker with recognised Social Work Degree
• Registered with Social Work England
