JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Carry out all allotted casework in a prompt and efficient manner. 
• Analyse legal matters and advise clients on the appropriate course of action. 
• Deal with all routine correspondence, negotiations and advocacy where appropriate. 
• Provide supervision, where appropriate to junior members of staff. 
• Keep clear and regular communication with clients high. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE experience in Housing matters.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Experience of Legal Aid funding. 
• Experience of privately-funded work.
