Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in South West London.
  
Position: Residential Conveyancer 
Salary - Negotiable Depending on Experience        
Location: South West London                    
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will deal with a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters on behalf of individuals clients covering the following:

• Sales and Purchases 
• New Build
• Re-mortgages 
• Registered and Unregistered Properties
• Shared Ownership 
• Leases

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE experience in Residential Conveyancing matters.
• Experience of handling multiple conveyancing cases. 
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Able to manage timelines, deadlines and documentation.
