Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, an international law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Business Restructuring & Reorganization Attorney to join their team based in the Los Angeles area.
  
JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: $310,000 - $390,000 Per Annum
• WORK TYPE: Permanent 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: Los Angeles

The Role

You will play a key role in advising clients through all stages of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. The position offers exposure to sophisticated matters and a diverse client base, including corporate debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors, and third-party purchasers.

Candidate Profile

You will be someone with 4–6 years of experience at a leading law firm, with a strong background in Chapter 11 bankruptcies and restructuring. Applications are also welcomed from associates currently working at elite restructuring practices in other major markets who are considering relocating to Los Angeles.

The Successful Candidate 

• Solid experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, representing a range of stakeholders
• Background in a comparable law firm’s restructuring/bankruptcy practice and/or experience clerking for a bankruptcy judge
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day workflow across multiple matters
• Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school
