Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Northwest London, are looking for a Community Support Worker to work with Adults with Learning Disabilities, such as Autism.

Position: Community Support Worker
Rate: Up to £24.65 per hour  (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 months
  
Purpose:
Provide high quality day care services to adults with a range of disabilities and challenging behaviours, allowing service user to live independently through activities based support.

Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with adults, through activities and community settings.
- Deliver support plans as a key worker, to support service users and their carers in line with their needs and council protocols.
- Maximise personal capabilities, develop living and
coping skills to work towards a high level of independence.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working with adults with disabilities, autism experience is essential. 
- NVQ Level 3, equivalent or above - in a related subject
- Multi-agency working, and maintaining close relationships.
- Record keeping, report writing, and managing own caseloads
