Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Somerset, are looking for a Youth Justice Operational Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Youth Justice Service.

Position: Youth Justice Operational Manager
Rate: £34.68
Contract : Ongoing / Temporary

Purpose:
To lead the delivery of Youth Justice services, ensuring strong safeguarding, effective case management, and compliance with legislation and national standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead youth justice service delivery
• Oversee safeguarding, risk, and case management
• Manage staff, performance, and resources
• Ensure quality, compliance, and service standards
• Support service development and improvement

Job Requirements:

• Relevant degree and professional qualification
• Strong Youth Justice experience
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding
• Enhanced DBS required
