Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in North London, are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their team and play a crucial role within their Mechanical Operation

Position: Commercial Vehicle Technician
Rate: £39,276 per Annum 
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Arrangement: On-Site

Job Duties: 

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards
• Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs on commercial vehicles including trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and service procedures according to manufacturer specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician, preferably at Level 3 or equivalent.
• NVQ 3 or IMI 3 Heavy Motor Vehicle qualification or equivalent
• Experience of maintaining commercial LGV and plant is essential.
• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
