Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Technical Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Bereavement Operation

Position: Technical Support Officer
Rate: £21.93 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: On-Site

Job Duties: 

• Deliver a skilled and flexible technical administration support service within the bereavement services setting.
• Responsible for delivering complex, routine, and emergency tasks against the technical administrative standards to ensure consistency in maintaining service delivery
• Maintain an understanding of the operational workflow processes and linkage with the technical administrative support services

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 GCSE level pass including maths and English, or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Technical Support Officer or similar organisation
• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
