Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Local Authority, who are looking to recruit an experienced RSW Shift Leader to join their team based in Derbyshire 
   
JOB DETAILS
PAY RATE: ££26,832 per annum) + £7,200 sleep-in allowance
WORK TYPE: Permanent
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: Derbyshire
   
JOB SUMMARY

• Completing induction and mandatory training
• Supporting young people with daily care and routines
• Maintaining records, care plans, and reports
• Attending supervision and staff meetings
• Supporting safeguarding and behaviour management

  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience in children’s residential care
• Happy to do sleep ins 
• Understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s care standards
• A passion for making a real, positive difference in young people’s lives
• Strong relationships and council knowledge across South London and surrounding areas
