JOB ROLE

• You will be working with a wide range of companies focusing on varied matters including but not limited to M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Governance.
• The team's clientele, level of experience, and style of work make it one of the most varied legal practices in corporate law.
• There are exciting prospects for an experienced Associate with three or more years of experience due to the expansion in the Melbourne Corporate team.
• Working on a variety of intricate and creative matters will be part of your job.
• You will have between 2-4 years PQE and been involved with Capital Market Transactions or M&A.
