Position: Senior Real Estate Solicitor
Location: London
Work Type: Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will include:

• Acting on a wide range of commercial and real estate transactions
• Liaising with clients and professionals such as estate agents, lenders, and surveyors
• Advising and negotiating to achieve agreed objectives
• Ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery
• Following internal methods, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Office Manual
• Staying up to date with legislative and practice changes
• Completing file reviews when required
• Managing diaries, time recording, billing, invoicing, and correspondence
• Participating in business development and networking activities
• Building valuable client relationships and creating new business opportunities
• Using the firm’s case management system
• Carrying out any additional duties as requested by the Managing Officer or Directors

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 10+ years PQE
• Strong experience handling relevant Real Estate matters
• Excellent multitasking abilities and understanding of deadlines
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases
• Strong research and data maintenance skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
• Self‑starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong judgement, discretion, and professional conduct
• Good computer literacy
• Own client following (essential)
