Role: Dispute Resolution Solicitor Experience: 3–6 Years’ PQE

Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a caseload of dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Working closely with colleagues across litigation, conveyancing, probate, and family to handle cross‑department referrals.
• Providing high‑quality legal advice and representation in line with the firm’s strong reputation (Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 recognised).
• Supporting the growth and development of the dispute resolution team.
• Engaging in marketing and networking activities to build the department’s profile.
• Contributing to departmental initiatives and consistently delivering excellent client service.

The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–6 years’ PQE in Dispute Resolution / Litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge and a desire to grow and progress within the department.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proven marketing, networking, or business development capabilities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload efficiently.
• A proactive, motivated, and client‑focused approach.
