Job Role: Repairs & Maintenance Manager (Asset Management)
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: 19/06/2026 (possible extension)
Number of Positions: 1 position
Location: Coalville
Rate of Pay: £44p/h umbrella 

Key Responsibilities:

• To help develop and implement the delivery of a modern, effective, customer focused and high performing property maintenance service; including:
• Managing the commercial focus of property maintenance services, improve innovation and the consideration of non-traditional solutions that increase quality and value;
• Implementing a culture of customer service and continuous improvement by ensuring the implementation of high performance standards and high levels of productivity;
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and statutory requirements governing areas of responsibility; To help develop and implement relevant strategies to maximise the value and potential value of current and future housing assets;

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years experience within a Repairs & Maintenance Manager (Asset Management) or equivalent 
• have a degree in a construction or maintenance discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Significant senior-level experience managing high-quality, customer-focused property maintenance services.  
• Full uk Driving Licence Required
