Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team in London.
  
Position: Personal Injury Solicitor                    
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE      
Location: London (Hybrid after probation)                         
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Run a Personal Injury caseload, providing high-quality legal advice to clients. 
• Cover high-value catastrophic cases, personal injury claims and clinical negligence.
• Undertake claim related Deputyship/Court of Protection work. 
• Participate in Business Development activities to help the growth and development of the firm. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Personal Injury matters. 
• Experience of supervising/training junior members of staff.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
