Position: Solicitor – Property Law
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Location: Battersea
Work Type: Full-Time, On-Site

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work as part of a close-knit legal team, supporting one client only, with responsibility for:

• Drafting legal documents, property contracts and share purchase agreements
• Exchanging and completing contracts
• Handling both commercial and residential property matters
• Working collaboratively with other legal professionals while using your own initiative

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years PQE
• Experience in commercial and residential property law
• Strong drafting and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload independently while supporting the wider legal team
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
