Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, an Accountancy Practice, who are looking for an Accountant (Senior) to join their team in Central London.

Position: Accountant (Senior)
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Central London
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

Lead a small team of junior members, providing supervision and training to support their development.
Complete accounting assignments from assignment to completion.
Identify potential improvements for client systems and provide guidance on ways to develop these.
Monitor deadlines and budgets.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

ACA or ACCA (candidates close to completion will be considered).
2+ years experience within an Accountancy Practice.
Experience of managing/supervising a team or individuals.
Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
