Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in West London, are looking for a Deputy Manager to work in an Adult Day Service, supporting the manager with team delivery.

Position: Deputy Manager - Adults Day Service 
Rate: £32.69 p/h (Umbrella) 

Essentials: 
- Confident Deputy Manager with at least 2 years experience
- 5 years experience working in Residential settings
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Level 3 Health and Social Care 

Desirable:
- Level 5 Health and Social Care 

Purpose:

• Support the manager and wider team to deliver support to vulnerable adults with disabilities, Autism and Challenging behaviours. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Operational responsibility of the adults Day Centre, 
• Service development of provision for people with complex care
• Safeguarding, specifically S.42 for supporting vulnerable adults
• Experience of Multi Disciplinary Working within Safeguarding.
• Knowledge of Care Act, Mental Capacity and community working.
