Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for an Audit Manager to join their Corporate Team in Southampton. 
 
Position: Audit Manager (Corporate Team)                    
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience        
Location: Southampton                         
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including large SME's, while acting as the point of contact for client relationships. 
• Supervise junior staff members and support their professional development.
• Maintain quality control standards whilst reviewing peers.
• Participate in compliance and regulatory administrative activities to ensure adherence to relevant statutory and professional requirements. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Four years post-qualified experience within Audit. 
• ACA or ACCA qualified. 
• Strong coaching and delegation skills.
• Confident communicator, particularly when explaining complex matters to clients and junior members of staff.
