Role: Property Solicitor / Conveyancer Experience: 2+ Years’ PQE (less considered)

Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial and residential property matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property contracts to ensure compliance with legislation and client objectives.
• Representing clients in negotiations with third parties to achieve favourable terms.
• Conducting legal research to support cases and provide informed, commercially minded recommendations.
• Advising clients on compliance, risk management, and legal issues affecting property transactions or business operations.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure legal considerations support wider business decisions.
• Staying updated on changes in commercial and residential property law and advising clients accordingly.

The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have:

• Preferably 2 years’ PQE, though less experience will be considered.
• Strong background in both residential and commercial property law.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate confidently for clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and reviewing documentation.
• Ability to manage their own caseload independently while working collaboratively within a supportive team.
• A proactive, problem‑solving approach and confidence handling challenging legal issues.
