Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team in Dorset.   

Position: Corporate Solicitor                       
Salary: Competitive

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Support the existing Corporate team with work such as shareholder agreements, JV arrangements, share option work, family investment companies and corporate reorganisations.
• Focus on transactional work such as buy and build strategy and corporate disposals. 
• Manage your own caseload and take part in Business Development activity. 
• Draw up company filings and secretarial paperwork. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified solicitor with 0-4 years' PQE. 
• Experience within Corporate Legal work. 
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Commercially minded with an interest in business.
