Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South East London, are looking for a Children's Social Workers to work within the MASH team.

Position: Social Worker - MASH 
Rate: £37 p/h (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension 
Essentials: 
- High quality safeguarding skills within Children Services 
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE 
- Social Work Qualification

Purpose:

• Working with Children and young people directly, undertaking assessment to support through initial referrals.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide help and intervention, promoting safeguarding and welfare of children.  
• Assess permanency in a timely manner to ensure that children's needs are in line with care and pathway plans,
• Professional leadership across team, to meet the needs of CIN, CP, LAC and care leavers/fostered children.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years experience, within English Local Authority.
• Experience within a MASH team.
• Experience with holding own caseload, producing high quality assessments and reports.
