Position: Private Client Solicitor (Head of Department)                    
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience        
Location: Norfolk

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Represent the firm's Private Client department, providing thorough knowledge and support to the team. 
• Develop plans and deliver these in line with department growth and firm objectives. 
• Undertake fee-earning work. 
• Build and maintain professional relationships with staff and clients. 
• Meet individual and team performance targets. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified solicitor with 10+ years PQE experience in Private Client matters.
• STEP membership (preferred). 
• Specialist knowledge in Private Client matters. 
• Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Have a network of existing clients.
