Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join their team in Liverpool. 

Position: Family Law Paralegal                      
Salary: Competitive         
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)                         
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Support a Solicitor with case management work covering Family Law in both Public and Private Legal settings. 
• Conduct meetings with clients. 
• Draft Part 25 and C2 applications. 
• Comply with Court directions. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Previous experience as a Paralegal (ideally in Family Law). 
• Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Able to stay organised and work as a team. 
• Genuine interest in Family Law with the desire to progress into senior positions.
