Rate of Pay: £31.07p/h umbrella
Office Based/Hybrid: Hybrid

Job Summary:
This role relates to the LEVI fund delivering access to charging infrastructure primarily aimed at provision of residential on-street infrastructure.
The ITT/Spec/Contract docs are in development and require finalising and sign off. 
In addition funding is available for cross pavement charging provision.
A policy will need to be developed and a pilot and/or process for utilising the grant fund.
The post holder will need to work alongside the Comms and Marketing team to support key messaging and provision of information.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist Capital Programme Managers in ensuring the timely input of contributions to project documentation.
• For example but not limited to business case production, full, outline, strategic, or feasibility stages, planning applications, client briefs, project updates, financial returns and other reports for a range of audiences
• To assist the Capital Programme Manager by liaising with technical, financial, legal and other specialist professionals, consultants and advisers to the Project Team.
• To assist in the production of project documentation ensuring that Capital Programme and regeneration plans for the City are aligned with the Authority’s educational, social and spatial ambitions
• To assist in the preparation of procurement documentation and evaluation methods to support the delivery of the programme and the expectations of partner organisations

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years experience within a Assistant Capital Programme Manager role or equivalent 
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a project delivery environment or with equivalent specialist knowledge for example EHO/Finance/Pupil Place Planning/Planning/ Health.
• Prince 2 – Foundation (or equivalent project management qualification).
• Experience of working on the development or delivery of an EV project is required, some awareness of EV sector language and key issues,
• Experience of undertaking procurement procedures.
