Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Southeast England , are looking for an Adult Social Worker to work within a Generic Adults Social Care Team

Position: Adults Social Worker
Rate: £38 p/h (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension 
Essentials: 
- Confident Adult Social Worker with at least 2 years experience
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE 
- Social Work Qualification

Purpose:

• Work within the community and across partner agencies to promote wellbeing, long term support and independent living. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload to assess and support best interests and DoLs of vulnerable adults. 
• Complete relevant assessments, safeguarding enquiries, reports and care packages in a timely accurate manner.
• 2 years experience, within  Adult Social Care.
• Experience of Multi Disciplinary Working within Safeguarding.
• Knowledge of Care Act, Mental Capacity and community working .
